why we dont react

Many a time we come across situations which infuriates us...maybe we see some injustice happening right in front of us...maybe the bus conductor pockets the change without issual of tickets....maybe u notice a cop taking a bribe at the intersection quite openly...maybe u want to be in the right side of law yet when the job requires some greasing of palms (maybe at the RTO or elsewhere) u dont hesitate to do it ....!!

Now tell me why??
